Privacy policy.

The short version: we run no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. What little data exists comes from the infrastructure that serves this site and from our hosting provider's standard request logs.

What we collect

Nothing you type. This site has no sign-up, no comment box, no contact form and no newsletter. There is nothing to log into and no profile to build. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you wrote — that is the only personal data this project ever holds, and it exists only in that mailbox.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set cookies. No tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tags. The only thing stored in your browser is whatever your chosen browser caches for any website, plus nothing of ours.

Third parties your browser contacts

This is a static site, but three kinds of external request can still happen when you load a page:

  • Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request and your IP address. If that matters to you, the site still works with the fonts blocked.
  • Video embeds. Guide pages embed YouTube players using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, and only load them after you press play. Until you click, no request goes to YouTube.
  • Outbound links. Links to Steam, itch.io and Discord take you to those services, which apply their own privacy policies once you arrive.

Hosting logs

This site is served by a static hosting provider, which — like virtually every web host — keeps short-lived access logs for security and troubleshooting. Those logs may include IP address, user agent and the page requested. We do not analyse them, do not join them to anything, and do not use them to profile visitors.

Children

This is a general-audience game guide and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age.

Your choices and requests

Because we hold almost nothing, there is almost nothing to delete. If you have emailed us and want that message gone, ask and we will remove it:

Changes to this policy. If the site ever adds something that collects data — accounts, analytics, comments — this page will say so before that feature ships, and the date at the top will change.
